After You RSVP

Once you've RSVP'd, it's time to book flights!

Please make sure you fly in and out of the Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) located in Liberia, NOT the Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José.

Correct Airport: https://www.guanacasteairport.com/en

Once your flight is booked, please email marketing@prosper-ag.com with your itinerary or arrival and departure date.

Before You Fly

Airport Transportation

Before traveling, please make sure your transportation between Guanacaste Airport (LIR) and The Westin Reserva Conchal is confirmed.

We recommend reserving your ride in advance through Frank the Tank - https://tourswithfrankthetank.com/

Other transportation providers may be available at the airport, but booking ahead will make your arrival easier and help avoid delays.

Keep your driver’s name, contact information, and pickup instructions somewhere you can access easily after landing. We recommend saving a screenshot of these details in case you don’t have immediate cellular service.

The road to the resort can be a little bumpy. If you’re prone to motion sickness, consider packing Dramamine in your carry-on.

Check Your Travel Documents

Make sure your passport and any required travel documents are current and packed in your carry-on bag. It’s also helpful to keep digital and printed copies of your passport information page and flight itinerary.
