Meet Cody Darling

Cody Darling brings a strong background in agronomy, farm management, and agricultural sales to the Nuvano team. Originally from Michigan, Cody now calls Florida home, where he lives with his wife of nine years, Courtney, and their two beautiful daughters.

Having served as a regional agronomy manager, farm manager, and sales agronomist, Cody understands the challenges growers face and is passionate about connecting them with high-quality, affordable products through Nuvano’s network of distribution partners. He looks forward to collaborating with Nuvano’s knowledgeable team to deliver practical solutions and lasting value to growers.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time with his family on the lake, hiking, traveling, collecting and restoring antique tractors, and farming on the side.

Meet Josh Stoelting

Josh Stoelting is a Regional Sales Manager at Nuvano with a strong background in agriculture, sales, entrepreneurship, and customer service. A 2007 graduate of Purdue University, he has built his career around supporting the agricultural industry and fostering lasting connections with growers, retailers, and other industry professionals.

Josh brings several years of seed-industry experience, having worked as a regional sales manager, sales agent, and dealer. These roles have given him experience across the agricultural marketplace—from developing sales territories and distribution networks to supporting retail partners and working directly with growers. This broad perspective helps him understand what it takes to successfully bring products to market and create meaningful value for customers and partners.

As the owner of Stoelting Ag Services, Josh has built his business through hard work, dependable service, and a commitment to his customers. At Nuvano, he focuses on strengthening partnerships, expanding the company’s presence, and helping customers maximize the performance of their crop inputs. He believes success in agriculture begins with trust, open communication, and consistently following through on commitments.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, working out, and staying involved in agriculture. Whether at work or at home, Josh brings a practical, driven approach to everything he does.

Meet Mike Jackson, Co-Founder and Director of Sales at Nuvano

Mike Jackson is a Co-Founder and the Director of Sales at Nuvano, where he helps lead the company’s sales strategy, strengthen relationships with agricultural retailers and growers, and bring advanced agricultural technologies to more acres.

A Purdue University graduate, Mike has dedicated nearly 30 years to the agriculture industry. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of sales, management, and leadership positions, giving him a strong understanding of the challenges facing today’s agricultural businesses and the importance of providing customers with practical, effective solutions.

Mike helped establish Nuvano with a people-first vision centered on strong relationships, trusted technologies, and delivering meaningful value to customers. He is passionate about serving agricultural retailers and growers, developing strategic partnerships, and bringing new technologies to market in ways that are practical, easy to integrate, and affordable.

As Director of Sales, Mike works closely with Nuvano’s customers and technology partners to expand the company’s portfolio of innovative solutions designed to improve the performance and efficiency of agricultural inputs.

“Our goal with Nuvano is to build a company centered around relationships, trusted technologies, and delivering real value to our customers,” Mike said. “There is a tremendous opportunity to provide retailers and growers with products that improve what they are already doing while remaining practical and affordable.”

Mike resides in Danville, Indiana, with his wife, Heather. Together, they have four daughters.

How to use:
Add Nuvano Pure early in the load (after water) at label rates, then continue your normal mixing order. As always, follow Enlist label guidance and do a jar test for compatibility.

Most hard water has a pH of 6.5-8.5 and is loaded with calcium and magnesium. Most tank mixed pesticides and crop inputs are the most effective at a pH of 4-6. Just 1-2 pints of Nuvano™ Pure per 100 gallons will drop the pH of your tank by 2-4 points making your water optimal for spraying.
