Meet Heather Tollis
Heather is from the Cleveland, Ohio area and brings a diverse professional background and a passion for problem-solving to the Nuvano team. She is excited to be part of Nuvano because of the innovative products being developed for the agricultural industry and the opportunity to contribute to a field that is both essential and constantly evolving. She especially enjoys working with a growing sales team and serving as a point person to help keep the team organized, connected, and moving forward.
Heather began her career as an automation and process controls engineer, building a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and process improvement. Since leaving engineering, she has worked in a variety of roles, including retail management, office management, and most recently, online education, where she trained college professors on how to effectively use curriculum software. This varied experience has helped her develop a flexible, hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate and work effectively with people across a wide range of industries and backgrounds.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys gourmet cooking, gaming of all kinds, including tabletop, PC, and video games, well as art and crafts, learning to garden, and attending concerts. She lives with her husband and their three cats and is always looking for opportunities to learn something new, both personally and professionally.
