The water-based coating is designed to improve dry fertilizer handling and blending while mitigating dust in production and during application. Prime’s indicator technology colorizes your blend “Prime Green” so you can see application coverage and consistency in real time and growers see the results on the farm. The Technology
CHELIX™ TECHNOLOGY: Nuvano Prime coats dry fertilizers with thousands of Nuvano’s Chelix ultra-chelation particles. Chelix™ Technology is engineered to deliver nutrients more efficiently, loading over 200+ ions per Chelix structure to keep nutrients available and in solution. By holding a high concentration of ions in a stable form, Chelix helps reduce the chance of nutrients tying up and becoming unavailable to the crop.
LIPOPHILIC CARRIERS: Nuvano’s patented Meld carriers are lipophilic carriers that mimic typical plant lipids found in the cell membrane. These unique carriers keep wanted and unwanted materials in or out of the plant. By mimicking the cell membrane’s material, Nuvano’s Meld carrier technology is able to move nutrients, crop chemistries and biologicals across cell membranes quickly, enhancing uptake through both the crop leaves and roots.
COVERAGE INDICATOR: If you can’t see it, you can’t verify it. Nuvano Prime color indicator technology turns your blend green so you can quickly confirm coverage, identify uneven application, and maintain consistency across loads. It is a simple visual tool that supports better quality control and shows the farmer the technology being applied directly to their farm.

General Application Guidelines
For impregnation of granular fertilizer. Apply between 2 quarts up to 1 gallon per ton of granular fertilizer. Apply to any dry fertilizer or NPK granular mixes during blending. Optimum rate of application will vary depending on treatment interval, soil properties, weather conditions, time of year, crop and nutrient requirements.
