Nuvano® Prime:
Coating, Optimized.
0-7-4
Nuvano Prime is a water-based formula designed to optimize the performance of granular fertilizer by enhancing phosphorus and potassium availability while minimizing dust throughout blending and application. Improved nutrient efficiency supports more consistent uptake, while the water-based formulation helps provide uniform coverage, reduce material loss, and improve fertilizer handling characteristics.
WHEN TO USE:
When coating granular fertilizer.
GENERAL RATE:
2-4 quarts/ton
OPTIMIZER TECHNOLOGIES:

Nuvano Prime contains a proprietary blend of advanced ultra-chelation technologies that maximize the availability and uptake potential into the crop. Visit the "Optimizer Technologies" Tab for more information.

Nuvano Prime turns every fertilizer granule into a high performance delivery system. Applied directly at the blender or retail
co-op, Nuvano Prime forms a uniform liquid shell around the fertilizer particle.
- The Barrier: The physical coating shields the particle, reducing abrasion, dust, and immediate atmospheric off-gassing.
- The Buffer: As the urea dissolves, the low-pH, PK rich foundation (0-7-4) buffers the immediate microsite, moderating the extreme pH spikes that drive ammonia volatilization.
- The Chelation Engine: Nuvano’s ultra-chelation technologies complex with cations in the soil solution, optimizing the root-zone environment as urea solubilizes. This supports early root uptake and helps protect nitrogen efficiency without relying solely on synthetic enzyme inhibitors.
WHAT IT DELIVERS
Improves nutrient availability and uptake
Unique water-based technology that enhances flowability while reducing bridging and clumping
Supports cleaner handling with less dust and mess
Provides a green coverage indicator for fast visual verification in production and on the farm
General Application Guidelines
For impregnation of granular fertilizer. Apply between 2 quarts up to 1 gallon per ton of granular fertilizer. Apply to any dry fertilizer or NPK granular mixes during blending. Optimum rate of application will vary depending on treatment interval, soil properties, weather conditions, time of year, crop and nutrient requirements.
THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE USED ON THE BASIS OF A SOIL TEST OR TISSUE ANALYSIS.
