Nuvano BoMZ is a high-efficiency, water-based dry fertilizer coating engineered to deliver essential micronutrients directly onto granular fertilizer while minimizing dust and improving fertilizer handling. By turning every granule into a green, high-performance delivery system, it guarantees uniform nutrient distribution across the field while using Nuvano’s Optimizer Technologies to enhance micro and macronutrient availability.

Nuvano BoMZ turns every fertilizer granule into a high-performance delivery system. Applied directly at the blender or retail co-op, Nuvano BoMZ forms a uniform liquid shell around fertilizer particles, coating the blend green for real-time visual validation of coverage and consistency.

HOW IT WORKS:


The Physical Coating: Shields particles to reduce dust and abrasion during blending, loading, and field application. It improves flowability through tender and spreading systems for smoother handling.

The Visual Indicator: Turns the fertilizer blend green upon application, allowing retail operators and growers to visually verify 100% uniform particle coverage and blend consistency in real time.

The Ultra-Chelation Engine: Powered by Nuvano’s Chelix ultra-chelation technology, it complexes essential micronutrient cations (Zn, Mn) in the soil solution. This protects nutrients from soil tie-up, optimizing root-zone availability and supporting early root uptake while enhancing the delivery efficiency of the surrounding N, P, and K blend.

Coating micronutrients onto every NPK granule eliminates spatial distribution gaps inherent to traditional dry micro-prills, guaranteeing every plant root system gets immediate access to essential nutrients.

  • Boron (B - 0.5%): Essential for cell wall structure, sugar translocation, flowering, and reproductive success (pollen tube development and seed/pod set).
  • Manganese (Mn - 3.0%): Fuels photosynthesis, chlorophyll formation, and nitrogen assimilation, helping crops recover from early stress and optimize growth.
  • Zinc (Zn - 6.0%): Drives early-season root architecture, auxin synthesis, and early vegetative vigor in row crops like corn and soybeans.
  • Sulfur (S - 3.6%): Critical for protein synthesis and optimizing Nitrogen-Use Efficiency (NUE) when applied alongside dry nitrogen and NPK blends.

General Application Guidelines

For impregnation of granular fertilizer. Apply between 2 to 4 quarts per ton of granular fertilizer. Apply to any dry granular mix during blending including NPK blends.  Optimum rate of application will vary depending on treatment interval, soil properties, weather conditions, time of year, crop and nutrient requirements. This product should be used on the basis of a soil test or tissue analysis.
